I do the tidying, but with a 10 week old infant in the house need you to do the dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms etc. Regular cleaning is needed for the ground floor (1 br, living, dining, reading room, kitchen, 1,5 baths and laundry room). Upstairs guest bed room & bath only when in use every couple of months. Depending on your speed/efficiency, I expect the ground floor takes 4-5h. Upstairs would be an additional hour.
